Lake Oswego Tigard Water Partnership – Finished Water Pipeline – Schedule 5

Work on this project consisted of the following:

• Construct approximately 5,442 LF of 42-inch diameter and approximately 11,154 LF of 36-inch diameter welded steel potable water pipeline, including valves, fittings, and appurtenances.

• Construct approximately 1,220 LF of 24-inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipeline, including valves, fittings, and appurtenances.

• Construct approximately 260 LF of 8-inch diameter ductile iron potable water pipeline, including fittings and appurtenances (relocation of existing pipeline).

• Construct approximately 108 LF of 12-inch diameter, approximately 379 LF of 8-inch diameter, and approximately 165 LF of 6-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer pipeline, including manholes and appurtenances (relocation of existing pipelines).

• Construct approximately 175 LF of 12-inch diameter HDPE storm drain pipeline, including fittings and appurtenances (relocation of existing pipelines).

• Related work, including cathodic protection facilities, drainage facilities, grinding and overlaying roadways, abandoning existing pipelines, connections to existing facilities, site restoration, landscaping, and pipeline cleaning, testing, and disinfection.
