Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP) – Emergency Sewer Repairs

Sanitary sewer system improvements of Line A-1 that serves as the main sewer for “A” -Block, “C”-Block, “D”-Block and the Culinary building. This work was performed primarily inside the secured perimeter of the correctional facility and required special security measures per ODOC requirements. Associated work included: Full replacements of sections of sanitary sewer line and manholes using open excavation methods, rehabilitation of deteriorated pipe using cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) methods and rehabilitation of associated manholes including benching, channeling and lining of selected structures. The repair of the sewer line and all other associated activities were performed in a manner that maintained a complete fully functional operating system throughout construction.
