Salmon Run Industrial Park

This project was the first phase of a three phase building/industrial park. The construction of the first phase included the majority of all site utilities and a 60,000 square foot building. Emery and Sons was responsible for all the site work on the project. This includes 9,000 cubic yards of cut to fill excavation, 1,300 cubic yards of import and 16,000 tons of rock for the building pads, working surfaces and parking lots. We also installed all the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water lines. This included 1,400 lineal feet of 8” sanitary sewer for all three phases, 3,500 lineal feet of storm sewer and detention piping for phase one, ranging from 8” – 24”, 300 lineal feet of private 8” fire lines and vaults, 1,600 lineal feet of 8” public water line and the main franchise utility trench for gas, phone, cable and power.
