Pleasant Valley Villages Phase III
Phase III is a 214 lot subdivision on 41 acres in Happy Valley with 118,000 CY of Cut to Fill along with new sewer, storm, water, franchise utilities, and a 1.1 Million Gallon Stormwater Pond. A new bypass storm system was upsized to 42 inch for 1,900 LF with a spillway channel. Completion is set for summer of 2019.
Abernathy
A 98 lot subdivision on 29 acres in Oregon City with 48,000 CY of Cut to Fill along with new sewer, storm, water, franchise utilities, and a 1.2 Million Gallon Stormwater Pond. There were also 55 each stormwater planters installed.
The Reserve at Somerset East
The Reserve at Somerset East Subdivision is a 5 phase project that consisted of all new sanitary, sewer, water and franchise utility installation, curb and street construction. Phase 1 was started late 2017 and completed early 2018 and consisted of 21 lots and the challenges to this phase were Kinder Morgan High Pressure Fuel line crossing and the construction of an outfall in Truax Creek. Phase 2-4 were performed all at the same time and consisted of 112 lots. Key components to these phases included 40,000+ cy of embankment, 18’ deep 18” Sanitary Sewer in groundwater and poor soil conditions, 24” Ductile iron water for future city development, 2 outfall structures in Truax creek, 12,000+ SF of streetside swale construction. Phase 5 will be completed in 2019 to complete the improvements in this area.
Cascade Crest
In early June of 2018 Emery & Sons Construction Group, LLC began the construction of a 37 lot subdivision in Sublimity, Oregon. This subdivision was the last phase of a three phase development which marked one of the largest residential housing projects within the city in recent years. The contract work included off-site improvements, grading, pipe work, hardscapes and franchise utilities. From start to finish the project was completed in 4-1/2 months, which was 1-1/2 months ahead of schedule.
